Appointments & Deposits
Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the studio's permitted notice period.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or refusal of future bookings.

Age Requirement
Tattoo services are provided only to individuals who meet the legal minimum age requirement. Valid government-issued identification may be requested before your appointment.

Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications that could affect the tattooing process or healing. Indo Ink Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service if tattooing may pose a health risk.

Tattoo Design Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final tattoo design, spelling, placement, and size before the tattoo session begins. Once tattooing has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is essential for healing. Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by the studio. We are not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare or failure to follow guidance.

Photography & Portfolio
With your permission, healed tattoos or completed artwork may be photographed and used on our website or social media for promotional purposes. We will always respect your privacy preferences.

Intellectual Property
Custom tattoo artwork, website content, logos, images, and branding remain the intellectual property of Indo Ink Tattoo Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.
